Oribe Supershine Moisturizing Crème

HAIR BACKGROUND/DEMOGRAPHICS:1. 32F, Caucasian2. Elbow-length, fine, naturally wavy hair3. Professionally bleached/dyed for the past 10 years4. Gluten allergy5. I live in a climate that experiences all four seasonsNo, that title is not an exaggeration. For context, I have a severe gluten allergy that necessitates an epipen, and my due diligence needs to extend to the products I use on my skin as well.When I say that my hair is normally difficult to style, I’m talking that I could spray a whole can of hairspray on my curls, not brush them for three hours, and they would still fall out completely. I have been so frustrated from trying product after product, both drugstore and salon quality, only to be disappointed by them time after time. It was suggested to me on a hair forum that I try Oribe products because they’re high quality and gluten free, but the price tags were definitely a shock. But, after being recommended the brand over and over, I decided to take the plunge and buy the smaller sizes, just in case I hated them. (I also purchased the gold lust shampoo and conditioner).First of all, this smells SO GOOD. Like that “Old money, I just smell really good but not like I’m actually trying” smell. Next, you really don’t need a lot of it. I used a dime sized amount for my hair and started on the ends, using just what was left on my hands for the top of my head, and that was the perfect amount. I also applied it when my hair was lightly towel dried, and let it sit for about ten minutes before applying heat.I used a combination of a blow dryer and a 2-in-1 blow dry styler brush to style my hair, and the results were nothing less than incredible! I styled in smaller manageable sections, and my hair turned out SO smooth, bouncy, and was perfectly curled at the ends! The best part is that it stayed like this for the first time EVER. I didn’t use a drop of hairspray or anything else to style my hair, literally just this cream.That was all the convincing I needed, and after my experience with this product, I literally threw out all my other styling products, even my other high end ones like Amika, Redkin, and Briogeo. Oribe has gotten themselves another loyal convert!

Last year I have discovered Oribe Supershine Moisturizing Cream and can’t imagine hair without it anymore. This luxurious leave-in conditioner instantly hydrates and softenes my hair, leaving it smooth and shiny. Even though I have long hair it is enough a small quantity of the cream, taming frizz and adding a beautiful luster. The scent is absolutely divine too so I love it!

The best styling creme out there...hands down. Smells nice. Adds shine and helps detangle! A little pricey but worth it!

Have spent thousands on hair products and have tried every technique out there on my fine, wavy, oily-scalp-but-dry-lengths hair. Like I've literally spent years and so much money trying every recommendation online (protein, no protein, avoid glycerin, silk everything, no wash, wash daily, light products only, etc.) and every product out there (from high-end to inexpensive). I've hated my hair for years, and my hair has hated everything I've tried on it. Even if i used the same routine daily with a weekly reset shampoo, my hair would look different every day, which was so frustrating. Some products worked slightly better, but they worked inconsistently and not well.Recently i tried using no conditioner (i KNOW, you guys) because conditioners weren't doing anything to help, so what's the point. And added this product as a leave-in.I have never had hair like this: frizz-free, soft, defined waves. I'm over the moon. I didn't think my hair could look like this.It's expensive, but i use a tiny amount, and it goes a long way. It's also way less expensive than continuing to waste money on products that don't work. My current routine is to wash daily and air dry after running this product through my damp hair. I alternate washes between a more conditioning shampoo (that has polyquat-10) and a more buildup-removing shampoo. No conditioner. And this product.I think I'll give all of my other products away at this point. I'm SHOOK.

Tames flyaway hair and "polishes" the appearance of frizz resulting from humidity. At this price point, it isn't a cheap product but it is effective.

Every time I wear this people always compliment me not only on fabulous my hair looks but also how great it smells. I use this straight from the shower and scrunch into my hair starting from the bottom and underneath to the top .

Love the smell and quality of this product. Hair is soft and shining without oily or greasy. Perfect size for travel and carry on.

Thiis product is so smoothing without being sticky. I love it.
