I saw another reviewer wrote that these don’t work as well as the red capsules, however they probably didn’t realize that these are of a lower dosage and only 50mg and not 100mg like the red capsules. These came quickly and work efficiently.

COLACE CLEAR IS THE ONLY SOFTENER WITHOUT LAXATIVES!
Colace Clear is the ONLY stool softener that doesn’t contain laxatives that I can order online. I wish it wasn’t as pricey, but I refuse to use any laxatives. It took at least 4 months of taking 2 tabs per evening, but it is now helping to do what it’s supposed to. Laxatives are not good for the body, and over time, the body becomes dependent on it.

Smooth move
Such a life saver. Postpartum can be scary for a lot of reasons, don’t let your morning “move” be one of them! I had to be on grape sized iron supplements due to blood loss and let me tell you, it’s like the iron throws your daily constitution into the stone ages! Colace is the grease to your gears. Don’t wait till you are ready to go 60 in a 25 with a road closure to take it, it will help but not as fast as you would like. I take it whenever I take heavy iron supplements or when I have a week of not so great eating like on vacation or the holidays. Thankfully colace is non-steroidal so it won’t create desperate urgency.
