BASSETT'S CRICKET RANCH 1000 Large (1") Banded Crickets

Very poor quality when I finally got thus package all the crickets were dead. Except about 20 crickets out of 1000. They look like they have been dead for a long time. They were black and stuck. I give them a very poor rating and dont recommend them to anyone. I have co tasted the seller the same day and still haven't heard from them. What a waste of money.

Completely satisfied, arrived with only 1 doa… literally all alive and healthy. A little bit of food is also provided for shipping. Will order again.

all but about 50 crickets dead ' ive never before had crickets shipped that did not have a few pieces of potato too feed them in transport . i will not be ordering any more from Basset also the it said they were left by my door but they were sent by us mail and put in hot community mail box , the box in picture shows abox with screen for air , the box they were in was completely enclose with no venting screen

I ordered 1000 large crickets, opened the box and the smell was horrendous! The crickets had been shipped with no food or water source in the summer heat making most of the crickets DOA! I received an order from a different company just yesterday when it was 106 and had very active, alive crickets! Today 101 outside and very few live crickets. Been dead a long time, some were rock hard, the smell of death emanating from the box! Shame on Bassett Cricket Ranch for their poor service and treatment of the product! My lizards depend on these for their life and you send dead crickets with no potato or nothing! I will never purchase your inferior crickets again!

I purchased this product on March 23rd and they were listed as Live crickets . They were not delivered until April 2nd and they were more than half dead and had a terrible odor before even opening the box. The packaging was terrible they were not as pictured with ventilation it was a sealed cardboard box with no ventilation. I made this purchase to use for fishing bait not for reptile food and therefore why i need them live and not rotton.

I’ve lost count with how many times I’ve ordered these and have been happy every time once in awhile the box comes cracked but there are so many crickets crammed in I always get more than I ordered

Every 1” cricket but 8 was dead. Doesn’t even look like 1000 are here. The stench was unbelievable along with the amount of flies in the box. Complete waste of money. This whole box was a health hazard. Sure was not going to feed the living 8 to the leopard gecko. Nothing was easy about this other than throwing the box in the trash.
