We Love This Balsamic!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Due Vittorie Oro Gold Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar—this is hands down the best balsamic vinegar I’ve ever tasted. I first tried this balsamic vinegar when I was working on a short-term job in Italy and this was a regular grocery store vinegar that I decided to try. My wife was so happy when I brought a bottle back from Italy and I'm even more excited that I can buy it on Amazon! It’s rich, thick, and velvety, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity that elevates any dish. The depth of flavor is incredible, with hints of oak and fruit that come from the meticulous aging process in wooden barrels. This balsamic is so smooth and flavorful that it’s perfect for drizzling over fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, or grilled vegetables. I’ve also used it on salads, with roasted meats, and I especially love it with olive oil for bread dipping—it adds a gourmet touch every time. What really sets this balsamic apart is the luxurious texture. It’s thicker than most store-bought varieties, giving it a syrupy consistency that clings beautifully to food. A little goes a long way, making it worth every penny. If you’re looking for an authentic, high-quality balsamic vinegar that will transform your cooking, Due Vittorie Oro is a must-have. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or just someone who enjoys adding a touch of elegance to your meals, this balsamic will exceed your expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Excellent
This bottle of Due Vittorie Oro Gold, Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP - 8.45 fl. oz. exceeds my expectations and does not disappoint. I chose it because 1) it’s from Italy 2) it includes a cork pourer 3) it has zero sodium and 4) it’s at a fair price point of $16.72 which has since gone on sale for $14.97 since the time of my purchase. The only negative is that the shipping speed was slow. Otherwise, it arrived in perfect condition, carefully wrapped and packed in its own cardboard box, then sent out in another cardboard shipping box. Delicious flavor with a medium consistency.

Best by far!
I am on a low sodium diet and one of the things that I have missed is good salad dressing. I use this straight from the bottle with a squeeze of lemon on my salad and it is by far the best balsamic vinaigrette I can imagine.. I have tried many other balsamic vinegars, and this is the best by far. I will keep buying this brand.

Flavor. Can't tell it's a vinegar.
Just olive oil with it on salads beats calories and flavor of ranch or Italian. These Modena authentic are aged over 20 years and the more expensive 25. When ther is a good harvest and a girl is born. A batch is started and when she marries after 20 years is given as a wedding gift worth a fortune. Tradition Modena, Italy.

Do you love balsamic vinegar? Here's my tasting opinion...
I am not a balsamic vinegar afficenado but I do know what my tastebuds like or dislike. The Due Vittorie Oro Gold came in a small bottle that was wrapped to survive a building collasping on the package - so kudos for packaging! The products was very mild and I use about twice as much to get flavor from it. I don't know if balsamic is supposed to be mild or have a distintive taste. Mine taste buds only told me it was as mild as mild extra extra virgin olive oil (not saying it tasted same but was as mild in taste). If it's supposed to be mild then great, if not then it needs to go through some more processing before bottling for sale.I prefer a stronger tasting balsamic where you are absolutely sure you are tasting it. But again I prefer it stronger. I gave this three stars because it wasn't bad, it wasn't great, but right in the middle. You can add another star plus for packaging!Thr pour under the cork top is great. Allows for a drippless event pour. This firmed up the extra star for packaging. I do like the bottle, but at the rate I use the balsamic the bottle will be empty in short order.Overall taste was only mediocre (for me) as I have found stronger more distinct balsamic oils in other brands far less expensive. Again, for this I have to use twice the amount to get the flavor I enjoy, but nothing wrong with it.Bon appetite!
