Easy to use and strips are cheaper than most
This is the second unit I have bought after my wife has grabbed the original. Allows easy tracking of success for those on ketogenic diet or similar where you are aiming for a therapeutic level of ketones. I chose this unit as the strips for most I looked at were considerably higher cost.

Fine but didn’t keep me motivated
The Keto diet sound brilliant but is ridiculously hard to maintain. Just eat healthier and don’t waste your money.

Inaccurate readings
I bought this and over time got a tad suspicious re the readings. Blatantly in ketosis after fasting and Keto but levels showing very low. I then tried successional tests and results varied dramatically. Disappointed but I did choose this over the highly rated Keto mojo on price- obviously I’ve now wasted the money that would have been more prudently spent on the more expensive item.

DOESN'T INCL LANCET
Excellent product, great for ruling out foods and drinks that might be knocking you out of ketosis....doesn't include a lancet to give to the finger prick...I do sort of feel like I've paid GOOD MONEY for the car only to receive it without wheels and then told that's not included, almost like its not essential, almost like we should alllllllll know that's the case, WHY WOULD WE INCLUDE THE LANCET! Is how it feel 👍
