Well performing pulse oximeter, which is easy to use and very accurate in my opinion.Decent value for money and goes into the medical bag for home visits.A very good laid out screen, showing the pulse rate and the oxygen saturation

Works perfectly but not suitable for small fingers
Below are the pros and cons of this product. It works great and has already helped us be pro-active a few times but be aware that if you are looking to use this on a young child, it's not suitable and will cause inaccurate readings. It works on our 7-year-old (just) but we recently used it on our 2-year-old and it's no good.PROS• Nice clear display• Options for portrait and landscape display modes• Measures O2 saturation, pulse and perfusion index• Great battery life• Has a continuous mode or a 30-second sample mode• Adjustable alarm levels• Fast result (under 10 seconds) with a decent PICONS• No data collection for export or Bluetooth connectivity• No good for small hands (children under 5'ish)• Some settings need to be changed when taking a reading which is awkward

Functional product & seems to be as accurate as paramedics version. Now you can buy these for £2.99 in Lidl though.

Great for piece of mind.
Bought when my son had covid recently. He had an awful cough but the dr said his chest sounded clear which surprised me. Bought this to use at home just to check his oxygen level didn’t deteriorate and felt a lot happier as his cough was so chesty.Money well spent for extra reassurance.The readings were consistent and accurate as they were the same or within a percentage of the one the dr used at the surgery.
