Great product. Easy to use. I like to add it to my smoothie in the morning for the anti-inflammatory benefits. Doesn’t change the taste of the food/beverage when added. Arrived the next day with no problems.

I’ve been taking this for one month. I don’t feel different but the list of benefits is insane so why not have it! It does have an earthy taste but I have fresh lemon, ginger and turmeric tea every morning and add a teaspoon of this oil in the last mouthful and I find it’s the best way to have it. No taste just all the benefits

Cracking, mix with organic castor oil and frankinsence. Use daily, after five months of using this and organic or pure toner, Tropic oil to remove make up, etc my dark face spots are much reduced. Need to be determined do it every day, and night, and together it works. Guerlain royal bee line is pure, as is Augustus bader, (toners) few months, skin is so much improved. I am sure it's down to black seed and castor oil. Never going back to day or night creams. It's messy but worth it.

Bought this product a couple of years ago. Took one spoonful and found it to be so disgusting so it's been sat in the cupboard. Came across it and did my research on it again and discovered it was supposed to be really good for guys of a certain age. Being a guy of that certain age and starting with certain health issues thought I would give it another go. Was still disgusting. But persevered with it as other things I had tried had not worked. So, been on it about 3 weeks now and seems to be having a good effect. Also got used to the taste so well worth sticking with it. So am just ordering my second bottle. Also using it on my hair to try and stop me going bald. Will have to see how this goes.
