Great dvd for beginning meditation. Been using it several times a week for the past couple of months. Good way to begin your day and do the mindful meditation for an evening practice. There is a bonus meditation you can download from Gaiam site. Option when you buy this dvd. It is a very good meditation that lasts about 10 mins. Take time out for you to relieve the stresses of life and get this dvd. I have enjoyed this and this is my first time in doing meditation
