Great cat food and my cats beg for more preferably the seafood flavors.

My cat is somewhat of a picky eater. I have tried different brands and different flavors of Sheba cat food. She loves the chicken pate and eats it all the time. She tolerates Sheba beef and turkey on occasion but she will always eat the chicken pate.

My picky senior cat loves these Sheba Perfect Portions, especially the Tender Beef Entrée. She gets so excited at meal time and actually finishes the whole portion—which rarely happens with other wet foods. The texture is smooth and easy for her to eat, and I appreciate that the ingredients are simple and straightforward.I really like the portion control—no more dealing with half-used cans in the fridge or trying to guess how much to serve. The twin-packs are super convenient, especially for feeding twice a day.A few tips if you're thinking of trying this:Store them at room temperature—they smell stronger that way, which picky cats seem to love.Use a spoon or small spatula to scoop it all out—some sticks in the corners.If your cat only eats half at a time, pop the rest in an airtight container and refrigerate (just let it warm up a bit before serving again).Be prepared for a lot of little plastic trays—if you go through these daily, the waste adds up fast.I’m giving 4 stars because while my cat gives it a solid five, I do wish the packaging was more eco-friendly or recyclable. But if your cat is fussy or has a sensitive stomach, this is definitely worth a try.

I wanted something special for my cat that was healthier than my grocery store carried. I gave this a try and my cat loves it. I alternate this one with their pate option and have both on subscription after seeing his reaction.

Well.... The main thing is that my cat DEMANDS this brand only!!! Gemma is an old super screamer, so she gets what she wants, LOL! I appreciate the convenience of packaging of (supposedly) individual servings, light weight portability vs cans. My Vet seemed to be okay with the nutritional properties. My girl seems to preference the Fish flavors over the others.The Cons for me are: The Pricy PRICE, it can be difficult to pull foil cover off, and very easy to cut yourself on the thin foil edges of pull-off top seal (paper-cuts on steroids)!I also believe their idea of a serving size is on the very LOW End/edge of the scale at 1.32 oz per pod serving and with a day's total of 2.64 0z (if you give them the twin pack as daily serving as the setup and advertising kinda leads you to believe). Serving recommendations for an adult cat per day are 7 - 11 oz. So this is super expensive, and Now, my cat won't eat anything else at 4-5 twin packs per day/24 hrs. I keep looking for a less expensive alternative. A 48 oz pack at almost $30 will give you appropriately (using the low end intake requirement of 7 oz/day) only 6.857 days of food for your cat! Sadly, this is just too expensive for a social security only budget. Looking for a less expensive dupe.
