Angel's Zinc Quercetin with Bromelain Supplement – Immune Support, I was happy to try it. Putting the Zinc with the Quercetin in a caplet was/is appealing to me.I make a smoothie once or twice a week and I break the caplets open to mix it in with my other ingredients (see photo). Love this product but just make sure to take it with food because it can upset your stomach. Effective.
