Great workout!
Arrived VERY stiff, and got "tangled/twisted" so easily... after a few days it's better. The protector piece over the part that hits the ground gets stuck & needed to be taken off-- easily done. Great idea, but doesn't work well.

Love this rope
The build quality and overall feel and effects of this rope are awesome! I simply love using it in my daily workout routines. I highly recommend this rope over others that are overpriced. This was the most affordable rope I could find at a 5 lbs weight and it’s perfect and does what I need it to do.

Transformed My Workouts – A Game Changer for Strength and Stamina
I never thought a jump rope could leave me this sore - in the best way possible. This weighted rope completely redefined what I thought cardio and resistance training could feel like. I picked it up initially to add some power training to my routine without relying solely on free weights, and I was pleasantly surprised by how challenging and effective it turned out to be.From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this wasn’t your average rope. At 5 pounds and nearly 10 feet long, it commands respect. The thick, durable rope feels professional-grade, and the handles are well-designed to give a secure, slip-resistant grip even when your hands get sweaty. The overall quality feels premium — this thing is built to last.Using it for the first time was humbling. It engages everything — shoulders, core, legs, even grip strength. Just a few minutes of jumping had my heart rate up and muscles firing like I’d done a full-body circuit. What I love is that it delivers both cardio and resistance simultaneously, so it’s incredibly efficient for those of us trying to maximize time at the gym or during home workouts.Over the last few weeks, it’s become a staple in my routine. I use it for warmups, burnout finishers, and even standalone 10-minute high-intensity sessions. It’s especially great for targeting shoulder and upper back endurance, which I’ve noticed improving since I started.I’ve tried battle ropes and lighter weighted ropes before, but none of them felt as effective as this. It combines the metabolic burn of jumping rope with the muscle fatigue of resistance training. It’s not just a rope — it’s a full-body conditioning tool.If you’re someone who likes to push limits and are looking for a piece of equipment that challenges strength, stamina, and coordination all at once, this is absolutely worth it.Pros:High-quality, durable construction that feels professionalExcellent grip and handle design for secure useProvides an intense full-body workoutDoubles as both cardio and strength trainingEasy to store and transport for gym or home use

Rope is good but handle grips do not last longer than 30 days
I like the rope but the plastic grip material on the handles will tear with about 30 days of normal use. It will hurt your hands and you will need to wear gloves to use the rope. I wish I would have just bought a more expensive one because this one is now outside of the return period.
