Good value for the money. These pills are bigger than normal pills like advil but thats the risk of taking supplements I guess.

Great results
My cholesterol has been high for a long time. My Dr. had been threatening to put me on a statin after diet and exercise only brought my levels down 5 or so points. I asked him to give me until my next lab in 3 months and he agreed. I started this in early March and went for labs in early May. My total cholesterol was down 37 points! My triglycerides were down 80 points, my LDL down 23! HDL remained unchanged. This took me from the high range to borderline or ideal on most of my lipids. After just two months on this, I'm very happy with the results. Hoping after a few more month my labs will be even better.Note: I'm only taking 1 pill instead of the recommended 2.

Not sure how well they work but to get are do oily. They leave oil in my pill case.
