Can't install the lock
Sir, I received my 88P cabinet lock today from Amazon. But I tried much to lock the device. Your manual is too short. I even searched Youtube. I still can't lock it. It's always in free condition. It should collapse when I open it.I am going to place a replacement request. I loved the look of it. Please provide a detailed manual so that I can understand the functions. Moreover it doesn't have any reset key. Please cooperate with me. I even contacted their website. If possible try to send a professional at my place. I'll pay for the visit.

Sensor was not working
The media could not be loaded. Very bad product . He was not working properly.The finger senior is like a fake human touch button. Not a finger senior .Any one wants to open this without enrolling own finger and open it.

Password reset
Just got it installed today , works fine . Built quality is cheap plastic , instruction manual is wrong .To reset password:1. Press the reset button from the back panel2. Enter your new password3. Press hash #4. Enter new password again5. Press hash #Password changed successfullyInstallion guy was not very professional he didn’t had all tools , but he told me this way to reset the password. Installion is chargable ₹590 inculing gst

Perfect and Satisfied
Name is misguiding, its not a Biometric lock, its a digital number.I knew about the misleading name, all I wanted is digital number lock, hence didn't care about it.I was very skeptical buying this product, there was no video, no complete photo of all parts of the products, no photo of main product in all angles. I just took a chance, trust me, it surprised me!Met my expectation more than expected.I checked both battery and without battery where it is used for emergency in case battery is down, both works like charm.Very happy.I will upload few photos once the product is fit in the cupboard

RFID comes with 1 card .
RFID lock came with 1 card where as it's mentioned it will be sent with 2 cards. Not happy.Works sometimes sometimes don't work. Not good productTrying to find more cardsCompany unable to provide extra RFID cards. Just keep transferring to another person..
