Been looking for these
There were expensive but seen as the medicine company has stopped providing basic necessities with medicines you need to take them with I had to buy these

Rubbish
The stoppers don't fit our medicine bottles.

Fits standard medicine bottles
This is what I've been looking for to use a syringe to dose motrin, benedryl and childrens tylenol. They fit the standard bottles!

Do not fit well…
Poor fit into bottle neck, these stoppers are just shy of 22 mm and as such do not prevent leaks…

Makes giving medicine to a baby or toddler easier!
I ordered the 22mm size and some other sizes because I wasn’t sure. These work on my child’s prescription medication as well as Children’s Motrin in the 4oz size. It is a little snug, but I think it’s supposed to be tight so it doesn’t leak. It makes it much easier to dispense medication accurately. For the prescription medication, these were a lifesaver as the bottle was quite tall. We spilled a lot of medication trying to get it into a syringe without an adapter. I wish the pharmacy had these to purchase

Great for large Infant/Toddler Medicine Bottles!!!
These are a perfect fit for the large bottles of Motrin, Tylenol, and Benadryl. These also fit Mommy's Bliss Gripe Water bottles perfectly - so no more sticky syringes/droppers in the diaper bag!! The only thing that I would have preferred on these is an auto-sealing opening like you see on the ones that come in the infant sized bottles. These simply have a hole in the in the middle and a small amount usually leaks out into the cap if the bottle gets turned over. Not a big deal really since the cap is on, but it's something to look for if you are juggling a screaming baby while trying to open the bottle with one hand and not paying attention you might end up with a few drops of pink medicine on that white carpet (or dress shirt). Oh - and if anyone out there knows where to get the self-sealing plugs then I'd love to know! Especially if they are in the size that fits the smaller bottles as 2-3 of the larger ones get pretty heavy when totting around all day :)

Does what it claims
Fits tight in the bottle, can flip bottle upside down with out spilling anything. Able to draw medicine out of bottle easily.
