delicious mix for home-made focaccia
Been using Wrights bread mixes for years, simple and dont need a mixer, in fact better not as hand kneading is best and a pleasure.

Easy to make.
Perfect loaf of bread. Love it. We stuck some rosemary sprigs in and sea salt on the top to decorate but really good and easy to prep and bake.

This is superb. I just wish it was available in supermarkets where it would be cheaper! Sainsburys sells just about every Wrights mix except this one, and my other local supermarkets don't stock this brand.It rises a LOT so be careful not to use too much if you're using a breadmaking machine.

If you look at the ingredients this mix is definitely not gluten free but it is delicious!

Wrights cake and bread mixes are a boon .esorcisakkkyvwhen I can otrder all these different flavours together on line .for Simeon with mobility issues dhoppping us dufficult so online shopping like this is a win win situaruon
