The product is great. It is extremely user friendly. I like the fact that is has a easy set up and if you buy another one you can easily transfer everything using a Google account. The screen is verry nice. I also like the cover that it comes with for the outside. I find this to be a verry good buy for anyone who is looking for something durable. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. We also found the battery life to be verry good as well.

I bought this for my grandson and I love it and so does he I have tried differs brands and didn't like them and returned it but so far I can not complain great price, great size easy to operate for him and myself... love the bright color case also very pretty green..

This tablet is not very high quality. We.had issues with the first one not responding to touch. We returned it for a replacement and 2 months later the second one started having trouble. It would only partially charge and not stay charged more than an hour. Now It's completely dead and will only charge partially and doesn't respond to touch on half of the screen. We will not be buying another. If you're considering this tablet, do yourself a favor and look at something else.I tried the customer support and support by manufacturer but that didn't help.Buyer beware. We've had 2 of these and both have been a disappointment.

Product was very easy to use and navigate.

It’s durable and has lots of memory to download games, but it runs so slow. That’s my only complaint.

I bought it for my grandson he’s going to be 2 and already learning and knows how to navigate it. This is a perfect first time affordable tablet :).

Purchased two of these for my kids as Christmas gifts last year. No preloaded games and when a memory card was put in to add space for more games, tablet wouldn’t work at all. This happened with both tablets. My biggest complaint would be the short battery life. At first they would last a few days. Which wasn’t bad considering my kids would play them often. Unfortunately after having them almost a year they wouldn’t keep a charge a whole day. Even when not being played. One tablets’ charging port on the inside of the console broke and couldn’t be charged anymore. I ended up replacing them with the kids 10” fire tablets( actually has preloaded games and so far stays charged for almost a week). I payed $80 each for these. It’s true u get what u pay for. I wish I purchased the fire tablets last year instead 🤦🏻‍♀️
