Poor instructions. The product itself isn't bad, once you figure out how to set it up and use it. You absolutely need to watch a YouTube video to figure this thing out though. The official one is... https://youtu.be/OZ_cU0dwudgBut, I actually like this one better because it is more specific...https://youtu.be/XiZ8ZgeB34QOne of the mistakes I made before seeing a how-to video was that I put some of the red things on backwards (no clear instructions in the box) which makes it very difficult to hook and unhook the black rubber straps, and I can't get the black rubber stoppers at the end of the 2 poles off to flip them around! So make sure they are facing getting right way before putting the end caps on. Also, the video shows the right way to thread the straps through the buckles, this way super helpful. One thing I like about the second video is how he counts it lower on the vehicle so the lisence plate and rear window are not obstructed, this way you can even use your rear windshield wipers and open the hatchback if needed.

After watching a couple installation videos on Youtube (NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED), then having to rethread the rachet-like straps, so they actually hold, it went pretty quickly & smoothly. It is supposed to hold 3 bikes, but I could only fit my 9yr old son's Razor stunt bike & my 6yr old daughter's bike with training wheels. I will have to mess around with it more to see if I can add my cruiser, otherwise I will need to upgrade. CAUTION - BE CAREFUL HOW YOU MOUNT BIKES L, TO BE SURE TIRES ARE THE ONLY PART TOUCHING VEHICLE!! I messed up & my son's stunt bike wheel steps scratched the paint pretty bad.

Seller falsely represented on its listing that it is compatible with Lexus RX 350 under its question and answers section. I bought it based on that representation and it turned out was a lie! I bought this item in anticipation of a cross state move and because of the incompatibility, I have to give up my beloved bike!Do not buy if you own a Lexus RX350 and definitely do not trust the seller's representation of compatibility!!

I watched the video on how to install it, which is needed since there are no real instructions. I tested it on short runs and the hooks could not stay attached. Any bump in the road dislodged them. We ended up needing to load the bike in the back of our car. The basic structure and concept of the device seems good. But the hooking mechanism on the 4 standard straps are insufficient to the task.

No instructions provided. Very few and vague videos online to help with the installation. Easy to set up/out of box but I had difficulty putting on vehicle properly, getting it sturdy and where the 1 bike I used it for would be steady. It says it holds 2-3 bikes but I wouldn’t trust it with that much weight.
