Very nice look and simple installation instructions. Just don’t forget the tool to remove the old drain. I tried using a pair of pliers, and they started to bend.

I put this in an older rental house with a cast iron tub. It was easy to install and works great. It is very good quality also.

Very user friendly assembly. Make sure the stopper is tightened well on the main body so that the movable stopper is not wobbly when open.Very happy with look and usability.

This product allow me to change the drain color from gold/brass to nickel. Now make that part of our tub match our up dated plumbing fixtures.

Easy install

This drain is made from good materials and what is included in the set looks like it should hold up. It’s what is not included in the set that is a problem. First, the set does not include a gasket for the overflow cover plate. This is very not good, as that can allow a leak around the overflow pipe when water reaches that level, when say someone over estimates how much water the tub needs before they get in. Most standard drain replacement sets come with this gasket and I’m puzzled why it wouldn’t be included here. Second, the gasket that comes with the drain fits properly only when the brass bushing adapter is used. If you are using the smaller diameter drain size (as I was), then the gasket is really too wide to properly fit the drain piece; the diameter of the gasket is about 1/4 inch wider than the drain. Could this work and not cause a leak? Possibly, but I personally don’t want to take that chance. The manufacturer should have just included two gaskets, one for using the adapter, and one for not. If you want, you can just buy the correctly sized gaskets yourself (for both the overflow plate & drain), but this is already a full priced item, so it should have all the necessary parts for a proper installation.

I am using this to upgrade my old one to match other new fixtures. It feels heavy duty and good quality with a nice finish. It shipped quickly and I was able to keep my project on schedule.
