Really worth the money

I've bought 6 different flags since erecting my flag pole in May 2023. They cost between £10.00 - £14.00.This Union Flag cost £19.99 and it is so worth the extra money. The previous light weight Union Flag and the Ukrainian Flag both frayed quite badly after a few days of blustery weather. I should have take them down, but thought they would be alright! I managed to use iron on tape to make a temporary repair to the Ukraine one.This one is really heavy duty and well made. It's a lot stiffer because of the heavier material. Well worth paying twice the price of the frayed one. In the photo with the R.A.F. Ensign you can see the 'old' Union Flag beginning to fray.

I have previously bought the cheaper printed polyester flags and they are ok for the mine but fray quite quickly meaning that after 3-4 months you can either choose to keep a very frayed flag flying, or have to change it. This time I purchased this nylon sewn flag for more than double the price and although it’s early days, you can see the difference. The colours are deeper and richer, and the material is heavier with thicker seams. I have high expectations that this flag will last a decent amount of time. Looks great flying.

Looked at the zoom picture and looks absolutely amazing. All cross stitched. Absolutely fantastic all sections stitched, and the quality looks exceptional. Really pleased with it. Updated 30/07/24
