Can I use this for a 10yo child?

Good evening, Fit wise, yes, this may fit a 10 year old depending on their shoe size, but I would suggest talking to their doctor first to ensure they would want a tall boot to be used for their injury. Thank you!

The Size Small should work, but if you are worried about the width of the calf, going up a size might help.

Hi Caleen, I am a size 8 1/2 and size small is right for me. The boot comes with extra pads if you need,(you say your calf is thin). Size small may be right for you.

What do you do about the loss of air? This is my second time wearing a boot in a year. I also purchased this boot 6 days ago.

I didn't experience loss of air. I would try pumping it a little tighter.
