Q: How soft is this yarn? Is it soft like the red heart with love?

This yarn is very soft and cushy, made a beautiful shawl for my daughter to use at a wedding. Looked beautiful. Do no know if it is as soft as red heart with love as I have never used that brand.

Q: i want to make a beanie hat for summer wear , is thi too heavy?

It’s not particularly heavy, so it would likely depend on how tightly your stitches will be placed, and whether you’re knitting or crocheting.
