I am very pleased with this product. It has effectively protected my cashmere sweaters.

I have used this product for years, both the garment bag size and the small size. So far I have not had a moth issue. I am not sure if it would repel carpet beetles. I'm not that crazy about the herbal odor but hanging out over night seems to get rid of it.

The packets were much larger than I had expected—a pleasant surprise. I thought there would be a hole to hang from a hanger, but you either have to make your own or use flat. The fragrance is strong at first, but pleasant. It dissipates within 10 hours of exposure. Hopefully, these will keep my cashmere and wool sweaters from tiny moth holes.

I've used Moth Away for a decade and have never had an issue with moths. Of course, I have no way of knowing whether I would've had moths without Moth Away, but it's a simple and inexpensive preventive that I'm happy to use. In the past, I've used the smaller size sachets, but this time around I ordered the jumbo size, and I'm glad I did; I only need one sachet per Rubbermaid bin full of wool sweaters. One note, though, if you're accustomed to the smaller size Moth Away: The jumbo sachets don't appear to be perforated the way the smaller sachets are. So if you want to separate the two joined sachets, you have to use scissors to carefully cut down the seam in between them. I made the mistake of trying to tear them apart the first time, and I ended up with a torn sachet and dried herbs everywhere. Even so, I highly recommend Moth Away!
