Sturdy construction, nice deep pan
This pan would be great for deep dish pizza or many other uses. I like it because its sturdy construction, much heavier than similar pans, and has a nice rim generous rim around the top to make it easy to move when hot and full. I used it for a water and drip pan it a kettle grill for smoking. You can buy a pan this size for a little less, but due to the durability and nice rim around the top I'm glad I bought this one.

First attempt at Deep Dish
It does what we hoped, and our first deep dish pizza was a success. Easy to clean up afterward too. Recommended.

Makes a great water pan for my grill
I recently got a Char-Griller AKORN Kamado grill, and was looking for a water pan to put on the heat deflector for added moisture (and catching the drips) during low-and-slow cooking sessions. This pan fits well (not quite as wide as the heat deflector, but big enough for me). I've used it three times now, and it's very sturdy and easy to clean up afterwards. Good value!

Great for Pastiera di Pasqua
I bought the 10 inch size. It is just a little deeper and wider than a standard pie pan. Perfect to make the Italian Easter classic, Pastiera Napolitana.
