The zip is bad
I bought this for my daughter as she is starting her secondary school as the bag was perfect size for her considering the number of books that she needs to carry and a side pouch for water bottle. My thoughts on the quality of the bag. The bag as such is not bad but the zips are appalling as they come undone when she was wearing and the books got wet on a rainy day. We thought we need ensure the bag is not undone by checking frequently as the bag is ok but the zip is an issue here. Few days later the zip was broken (this time it the zip was undone and was damaged) because of which we could not close it properly this is just a month of using this bag. It may not worth the price we paid for the bag.

Brilliant for every day use
This arrived at the perfect time as my old bag was not waterproof and today was very heavy rain! Despite having an umbrella I still was soaked through from the 10 minute walk home from the station. I was pleasantly surprised by just how dry most of the bag was, only the front section was damp and then just the top so I wouldn't recommend staying out in a deluge for longer than 10 mins.Other plus points, it's comfortable on shoulders and lots of space

I got it right!
I bought this bag for my husband, he was in need of an upgrade. He loves it, uses it every day for work. It has enough compartments that he packs both laptops, a 13.5 & 15 inch, power cables, mouse, keyboards with room for his lunch and anything else. he needs for the day. He is very happy with this bag and loves it's compact, comfortable and smart design, especially in black.
