I wash out my baggies, but they can only take that once or twice. That is about it. These are far more durable and come in a great selection of sizes. You can turn them inside out and pop in the dishwasher, something you can't do with a standard zip lock.

I have purchased 2 of these and 2 that are the smaller size, and I also have the cheaper "knock-off" brand of silicone bags that use the plastic clip that slides over the opening to make it "leak-proof". These bags are great, they are thick, tuff, the silicone feels good to the touch and have had no issue with the zip-lock style seal it has. The bag does close really well, but because it closes really well, it does not open really well making it hard to get objects into the bags. Personally I use this for small snacks and dry objects, as because the bags are so sturdy, it is hard to clean the corners if small debris were to get lodged in them. Thus why I also purchased the cheaper knock off sets that came with like 8 bags off different sizes, for the same price of like 2 of these bags. at home I don't mind taking the extra steps of using the plastic piece to seal up the cheaper bags, but if I need to take food to work/school, these Stasher bags are more convenient and reliable and fashionable if your worried what others will think. But I do like these, just wished I can open the openings a bit wider for regular use. There is a picture where they place a perfectly made sandwich in the bag without bending or ruining it, I don't know how they did that, or I am just a horrible sandwich maker and I have huge fingers thus I am not capable of using this bag properly

My favorite color is pink so I had to try these. Very durable and thick material. Ziplock is secure and leak proof. Easy to wash, I usually just do it after every use, but they are dish washer safe and do not appear to have any damage after. Great product.

This is my second stasher bag. I use them all the time and they are helping me reduce my plastic consumption . I really do think stasher brand is superior to similar off brands. The silicone is a little more thin and flexible while still being durable.

Great bag for sandwiches. I use it daily. It seals a little too well might be hard for little fingers but definitely keeps things fresh. The color is cute too and it’s very durable

Not what I expected but that is my fault. I looked at the photos but did not realize that these are sandwich shaped. Of course, it says Sandwich Stasher in the description... I purchased these to use with sous vide cooking because I do not want to cook in plastic. I was looking for reusable silicone food bags that do not have a stiff rod used in closing and are so difficult to seal tight. This seal closes easily. I also wanted a bag that could bend slightly to fit inside a small pot. I think these are pliable enough to bend a little. I do not eat bread or sandwiches, but I was looking for bags which were narrow enough for one layer of food. In sous vide cooking, food is cooked in individual portions or at least thin portions. (Yes, you can sous vide a large roast if you want to spend 72 hours doing it. But I prefer small individual portions.) So I think this sandwich stasher will actually be quite effective for sous vide cooking. I most frequently cook salmon. It might be difficult to get all the air out of this bag because of its shape. As a sandwich stasher, I think this would work only for one size loaf. We used to make bread and I can tell you that not one of our loaves (and we had many different bread pans) would provide slices that would fit in this shape. So I would recommend this only if you buy the square sandwich loaves.

I love these bags and love that I can get them on Amazon! The size is perfect for a sandwich or snacks. Opens, closes, and, seals well. I throw them in the dishwasher and air dry/ store open with something absorbent inside. These last a long time. I bought my first about 5 years ago and still have it. They hold up to temperature really well! (I just realized you can use as sou-vide bags!). I really like this color, it’s like a neutral orange, almost beige. Would reco!

Using a series of these in the refrigerator. Look good, see through from one side making selection easy to find. Working out very well. Cleaning & drying take a bit of time in order to get properly dry but upending it over a glass to keep it propped open dries it thoroughly. Very pleased with various different sizes and shapes purchased.
