As noted by the seller, just message them and they email the book to you immediately after purchase.Yes, i saw some reviewers complaints about the mess but, as with any fine powdery substance you must take care opening the package and using this dark powder as it will darken any surface- don't use on/near carpet! However, this fine powder is well worth the effort taking care to slowly get it out of the package for ENDLESS uses!! 1) your hair (I just added a bit into my shampoo bottle and Voila! Your hair is so soft & you'll have healthier follicles after your regular washing and conditioning. 2) Whitening teeth3) Gardening - spreading light bit over top of soil mound on potted plants 4) Houseplants - mixing small amount into water bottle and spritzing base of plants 5) Face scrub - mix with baking soda, let dry .and rinse 6) Face mask 7) antacid - mix 1tsp with 8oz water and drink, follow with straight water (8 oz). I haven't baked with it yet but hope to try soon.This has started me on an incredible journey of discovery learning all benefits and uses of charcoal and other natural resources. I have had several different dogs with different coats types who've been skunked. It's a costly and many days to weeks mission to get completely rid of those skunk thiol spray molecules. The dawn/baking soda/hp is myth. Tomato was a last ditch for a double coat dog. Poor thing - she smelled like Tomato ick for weeks after. I've tried at least 12 different special skunk foams/shampoos/sprays. Anyway, the absorbancy and SAFETY of this powder is Top Notch....!!!It will be in my emergency box kit and will be second step of my skunk kit.If only I had thought of activated charcoal powder's effectiveness immediately, I would have saved myself and family and two dogs a lot of suffering from bath and product testing. It does need a soap or shampoo to remove. I let it sit on two dogs around the most stubborn parts / neck, chest, behind ears. On face and forehead, I immediately wiped and rinsed away.With my Belgium Malinois, the charcoal powder made "fur spikes/ spikes" and what was revealed at the bottom of those hundreds of mini fur peaks, was dry fur and skin. That's where -- even After-- all those baths and sprays, the majority of odor molecules was resting.This product means my dogs and I can snuggle. They can ride in car again. Etc. Nature’s filter. Incredibly effective, efficient, odorless, tasteless, and safe!Like another reviewer mentioned, I was searching for natural ways to whiten my teeth as the gel I got from the dentist to use in a teeth tray had a very strange taste and burned my gums. I have tried other teeth whitening ideas using various chemicals and none of that stuff is good for you!Enter Terramin clay, another fabulous gift from nature, a bounty of health benefits and medicinal applications - just like charcoal!I started brushing my teeth with Terramin clay, as it purports to also whiten teeth. I love the clay as is refreshes my mouth, cleans my teeth, to include removing mild plaque. It also completely neutralized the onset of a toothache I had in one of my molars. The teeth whitening benefit of using clay has been minimal, so I decided to try and use charcoal for this.I have used the charcoal about twice a week to brush my teeth since 24 Jan 2017. Slowly but surely, my teeth have started to whiten and I’m pleased with the results. I believe differing physiologies play a huge role in how quickly the charcoal will whiten. Like the clay, the charcoal also cleans and refreshes my mouth and teeth.As other reviewers have stated the charcoal is a very fine powder and can easily cover a surrounding area with a fine dusting. This is not true of just this brand; this is true for pulverized charcoal, period.For three months, I tried several containers about the size of sandwich storage throughout the house for odor control, covering them with a gauze-cheesecloth type of material. No difference. I threw them away when one of my cats knocked one to the floor. Yikes!Still need to try charcoal for a face mask and body detox...

This product was utilized for teeth cleaning. The family took this product with us on a trip to Europe as a replacement of our regular toothpaste. The product actually cleans our teeth exceptionally well. It was light weight( after dividing the larger package into smaller individual packages for each family member). We loved the flexibility of packing this lite weight product & was able to pack it into our carry on bags. Packaged in CLEAR SNACK BAGS.
