Great product
I believe this worked good on my transmission. Fixed a slight shudder. No there’s no mechanic in a bottle but this seemed to help the shudder.

This Really Helped.
I have a 2005 VW Beetle with an 09G transmission. It was having hard shifts into 2nd and 3rd and slipping into 4th. After adding this to the transmission and driving about 100 miles I noticed it decreased and almost eliminated these symptoms. I guess it takes some driving to flush out and clean up the trans. I'll drain and install a new filter and some fresh new fluid now. It seems to be a great flushing fluid.

Power steering fix
My 4 Runner developed a steering issue. Turning to the right was like not having power steering at all. I looked the issue up and Seafoam Trans Tune was recommended several times. Take a cup or two of P/S fluid out of the reservoir and replace it with about a half can of Trans Tune. Don't worry Seafoam doesn't alter the viscosity of the P/S fluid (which is basically the same as automatic transmission fluid. It's really hydraulic fluid anyway. The blogs also said drive it for a week or so. Well a week later the problem no longer existed. An unscrupulous shop would have done what I did then charged you big bucks for a new steering rack. Try this first. It works like a charm and cleans all of the gunk out of your P/S system. Try it before you spend a thousand bucks on something you can fix yourself.
