Electric Car Jack 2 Ton 12V Electric Scissor Jack with Storage Box for Car SUV Tire Changes (Lifting rang: 4.72~14.57 inch)

After the review the seller reached out to me to make it right.....which I have never experienced before. All the stars for quality customer service.I drive an ioniq 2017 so the weight was well below the limit of this electric scissor jack. Unfortunately after a few lifts the center of the jack started to cave in and fold on itself the jack no longer goes up and down because the grooves don't align anymore. This is a serious safety hazard. Please use a backup method to support the car. I gave it two stars because it did work the first few times and it worked well. Too bad it warps easy.

As slow as a hand cranked scissors jack. It's self damaging because it falls over on itself. Love the low profile.

Tested this out on my VW Beetle and it worked perfectly - the low clearance of 4" made it easy to properly place. The removal & replacement of the lug nuts was so easy. I used the cigarette lighter plug with no problems. Highly recomnend this electric car jack.

Bought to have piece for mind cause my car came without a scissor jack. Received it and put it to use to make sure it would do it's job.As soon as I took my wheel off, it cracked and failed so my rotor met the pavement. Couldn't retract the jack because it broke and bent, but thankfully I have a floor jack to remedy the situation.Returned it and went with a floor jack from HF.

In testing the electric jack has proven to be adequate for its purpose, however the motor on it is not quite as heavy duty as expected for a 3 ton jack. The Electric Impact Wrench Model #ZSB02 is a completely different matter as it is useless for its designated purpose. In testing the impact wrench has failed to loosen the lug nuts from a single vehicle it has been tested on, (2005 Dodge Ram 3500 SLT, 2010 Ford Explorer XLT and a 2019 F-150 XLT all are 4 wheel drive) blowing the fuse in all cases before a single lug nut can be loosened. In testing the lugs had to be "broken" manually before the impact wrench was of use, then on reinstallation (as expected with how easily the fuses blew on attempting removal) the impact wrench blew the fuse before getting a single lug tight. In all cases the impact wrench was connected directly to the vehicle's batteries with the vehicle running rather than relying on a 12 v socket/lighter port. As all vehicles here are off road vehicles I can not say to the efficiency of the impact wrench when used on a primarily "on road" vehicle and have to say all testing of the impact wrench has been a failure. Anything of this nature once procured I test under controlled shop conditions before the possibility of needing to rely on it in the field during an emergency in case of such failures. As my father is early 70's, my mother is mid 60's and I myself am late 40's; I look for tools to help make things easier on us especially in emergencies such as a blowout/flat where we need to get the tire changed quickly and get back on the road again. Keeping a ranch operational is hard work the older we get and having the right tools for the job is a necessity. With that said, the impact wrench is not a tool to be relied upon.
