Pay close attention to how the item's dimensions will actually lay upon your arm, wrist, and hand.
This seems like this could be helpful for some - but it was not for me:I noted carefully the length and looked well at the images, but I found this wrist strengthener to be too short for me and it's design was such that the middle bar was situated exactly on a point on my previously fractured wrist which caused the most pain.I also found the strength of the spring being fixed and not adjustable not to my liking. My advice: perhaps take the measurements the literally draw them on paper and then see how it would actually fit on you,: where it would rest on your forearm, wrist, and fingers...

Good for Therapeutic Strengthening!
Disclaimer: I am not a doctor or a physical therapist! I have been struggling for months with Tennis Elbow in both arms. I have tried countless remedies to resolve the soreness to no avail. It is painful to write, wash my hair, and virtually everything else that requires forearm flexion and extension. Then I pondered... maybe the reason why this has been going on for so long is because I have been favoring my arms too much (make my kids mow the lawn, wash the dishes. etc.). Perhaps I need to gently exercise the muscles while minimizing the strain on the tendons?Well, this gizmo has provided some relief! I have it set on the least-resistant position, and do a few sets of 10-12 reps on each arm in both the classic and reverse wrist curl positions.Because I have the resistance set so low, the stabilizer bar rests directly on the top of the wrist joint in the classic curl position. If you have any hair on that joint, the stabilizer bar puts a mighty tug on them!Regardless, the subtle relief I have experienced is wonderful, and I will continue this light exercise routine until I am pain free. Once that goal is met, I will increase the resistance and start building my Popeye forearms!I am glad my kids are learning these important life skills too!
