Not true to size
This belt is too small. That's why they say, almost one size fits all.

Worth the price.
I bought this same day shipping because I misplaced my usual waist trainer. I love that the shape is longer in height in the middle. I wear it backwards so that the long part is covering my entire torso and abs area, and velcro it in the back. It really makes me sweat 5x more when I'm on the Peloton. The strap does not move whatsoever. It also did not have a bad smell when I first opened it like other waist trainers tend to
