EASY to USE!
Is simple but it does the job, for the price is AWESOME

Cheap but workable
For the price, I wasn't really expecting much from this other than for to be able to hold a camera securely. For my use, I did not need it to be waterproof. And for that purpose it is fine. The rubber shell around the molded handle is a little loose, but not to the point of being a problem (at least not immediately).For those that need this handle to be reasonably waterproof, there are two things I see than could improve on that likelihood. The seal on the handle is a flat rubber washer that sits on the bottom surface of the handle. I noticed that there are two burrs on the handle left over from the plastic molding process, that if left there, will likely cause a leak. If you trim or sand those down so they are flat, you will get a better seal with the flat washer. The second thing I noticed it that the bottom cap also has what looks to be an unused O-ring groove towards the end that sits up inside the handle. If you were to put an appropriately sized O-ring on there, you could get a 2nd seal that would again decrease the likelihood of water getting in. If I was going to use this handle in water, I would do both of these things.

It's the cheapest of it's kind
It's light and it floats even with a waterproof Olympus Stylus hanging off of it. I'm not sure how long water would stay out of the handle given the construction of the threads and the thinness of the gasket. It's a $7 action camera handle - adjust your expectations.

Completely flooded my camer!
This housing complety flooded my brand new camera. I'm super pissed! I have lots of experience with these and have never had this happen. They need to be covering the cost of a new camera also.
