Perfect for Borek
Wanted to try making Borek after having it in Türkiye. Although mine didn’t taste as good as theirs, this product worked great. It was every bit as good as in Türkiye! It came with two so I know ready for my next one. It is freezable and I hope that won’t change the texture much. We shall see.

Don't waste your money.
Very difficult to work with. All the sheets were ripped at the folds. Wasted so many sheets, I didn't even bother saving what was left. Purchased two package deal and will be tossing out the unopened one.

tasty, crispy and not too hard to work with
I made Spanikopita and this phyllo was great. Sure there can be some rips and tears, but on the whole they were good sheets.

Good stuff
Easy to use, bakes well, taste is good, dries out quickly but that can be remedied by placing dough in a damp cloth. Great product, I am pleased.
