Therapy guide incomplete
The device seems to work ok, but the instructions for settings and tips is very bare bones and nothing about plantar fascitis which is one of its most important functions. This device a thorough manual

Probes break after one or two uses.
It works great but all the probes keep breaking and no way to contact seller.

We've been using this shockwave device and it seems to be working.
We were both skeptical at first. Both my husband and I have been using this device for different ailments. My husbands hip and my leg cramps and sore feet. We've done about 8 sessions now and we both notice significant improvements. It's a slow process, but each time it's a little bit better.Our first machine suddenly stopped working. We are reaching out to the mfg though Amazon to get this resolved. In the mean time, we ordered a second machine to continue on with the treatments. If you order one, I suggest getting the extended warranty.Update 05/06/23Company had me send them a video of the the machine not working, which I did approximately a month ago. As of today, no response So do not buy this machine from this company or if you do buy an extended warranty. Lousy customer support.
