One of my cats had an issue and peed in several spots on my brand new carpet 2 years ago. No matter how much I tried I couldn’t get rid of the smell. I even tried carpet-cleaning it myself, as well as paying a company to carpet-clean it. The cat urine smell was giving me horrendous headaches. Then I saw a commercial & decided to check it out. Consumer Reports had Clarifion as the #3 on their list of good stuff reports, so I bought it. I’m very happy to say I haven’t had a headache all day & didn’t have to spray any air freshener & actually didn’t even think about it until I saw a bottle of Tylenol later in the evening!! This thing is amazing. I only opened it & plugged it in last night and in less than 24 hours my living room doesn’t stink. I think I’ll buy some more and give the whole house great air quality!

Works well! Gets rid of unpleasant scents and keeps rooms smelling fresh

I specifically bought this to help with cat litter box odor and just pet odor in general. It does work, but the problem is that the airflow is so low you will never actually notice it unless it's positioned properly. This thing will not deodorize even an 8x8 room. It will, however, remove point source odors if you are able to place it within about 5 feet of said source. It's also pretty quiet but does put out a decent amount of light that may bother some people while sleeping. I'm anxious to see how long the UV light bulb lasts. It also has no kind of dust pre filter so I'm worried about dust accumulation inside the unit.

Worked for a few days. Started making an annoying loud noise. Now useless, un-usable. Not worth the cost. Maybe was a faulty product. Maybe they all only last a matter of days. They should send a replacement. Poor product.

I have a 15 year old neutered male cat who makes it to the bathroom, but not always the litter box. I clean the litter box and bathroom floor pretty much every other day, but the odor lingers. This does help reduce the smell of cat urine, but it does not complete get rid of it. I will definitely continue to use it since it does help, but definitely not the miracle I was hoping for. Since this is located in a secondary bathroom, the noise and light don't bother me, but they could be annoying if this was a frequently used room or in a bedroom.

My sister has 5 Cat's prior to buying this the room where the litter box is was gross despite her Scooping daily and using armor hammer Pet deodorizer. Since I bought her this. That smells GREAT! Highly recommended! Absolutely AMAZING!

Works great

We bought a regular size Clarifion a couple of years ago and it seemed to work ok in our master bath. We saw this cat odor Clarifion and placed it in the utility room bathroom where the cat litter box is. The room measures 6'X 8' and this unit doesn't clear the air of cat box odor even with the door shut just enough so the cat can get in and out of there.We would return it if we could. very ineffective. We paid $44.95 for it and it's not close to worth it
