This light is fairly bright. The light is not as focused as the much more expensibe models from.more well known brands.As a dental hygienist it works very well and gets the job done. The battery lasts about 5 hours for me turning off after each patient of course and not wasting light when not in use. Will charge enough during 1 hour lunch to just make it through the rest of the day. A spare battery would be recommend though.

As a hygienist it a great bright light to work with but after exactly 2 months the wire has now broken where the light flickers on and off and is basically unusable. I’ll prob buy another to avoid buying a real head light for now and attempt to be more careful with the wires. Also the battery life is pretty short. I charge it at lunch and over night. Because when it’s low on battery it just starts to dim pretty rapidly and you’re really struggling to see.

An affordable option for those looking to illuminate their work area, such as the mouth. I am an RDH. I just purchased this light and works great for what I need. It lights up the mouth right where I want it and it is of good value. The clip is not super tight but it works fine for me. I used wire ties to secure cord onto my eye protection. You need a pocket for the battery, it would be excellent if it had a clip. I recommend the product.

I am Dental Hygienist and I had a light setup with my Orascoptics loupes, but it developed a short and needed a new battery after a couple years. The replacement was going to be around $800 so I went with several of these different brands off Amazon. I have to modify the light to fit into my old clip, and they would only last a few months but this light has lasted over a year. The cord is long so I run it down the inside of my lab coat and bought a little clip to clip the cord onto my scrub top at neck. The battery doesn’t last all day, but I charge during lunch and over night and so far so good. I would definitely recommend this brand over the others.

So I received this in May 2020. I wasn't able to use it until late June (past my return window) because that's when I was finally recalled to work due to the corona virus and work closures. I only have used it for all of July and August and it is now September and it is dead. It was already dying for weeks prior but is completely dead now. So this barely lasted 2 months with light use as I am only part-time for dental hygiene work.I am livid since it was so hard to get it to attach my my loupes. The light was quite bright but the brightness always dimmed soon after my first patient and not just gradually but quite significantly. This is why I would rate the brightness 2.5 out of 5 stars. This is my judgment for when it was actually working fresh out of the package btw. Now I would give a 0 out of 5 since it won't even charge or turn on.Not worth the money if it can't last past 2 months with light use on part-time hours. Very disappointed.
