Great replacement thermal pads for my PS4
I’m so proud of myself for cleaning and servicing my PS4. Replaced all the original thermal pads and I’m very happy with how it’s still working after all this time. The pads were specifically sized for my console and the console runs a little cooler for it.

Not a replacement for thermal paste.
Ignore the reviewers here trying to use this as a thermal paste replacement. It's not made for that! These pads are for lower heat producing processors(raspberry pi), memory chips and IC's. These pads are NOT meant to handle the high heat transfer a standard CPU or GPU needs.Want to redo the memory chips on your graphics card or gaming console?! These are great!Want to add a tiny heat sink to your raspberry pi? These work great.I used these and some new thermal paste to redo my PlayStation 4 Pro. The PS4 Pro was extremely loud and a through cleaning of the fan didn't help much. The console sounded like a jet engine. So I replaced the thermal paste on the APU and replaced all the thermal pads with this product. Now it's so quiet I was worried I didn't plug the fan back in. I can't believe I didn't do this sooner. I'm sure the paste is doing the majority of the work, but I also cut these pads to fit the chips better. The PlayStation ones were small and in some cases they didn't cover even half the memory chip. The 15x15mm squares were the perfect size for the larger memory chips on my PlayStation's motherboard. The other side had much smaller squares. I cut the 15x15mm pads with scissors to be slighter larger than the previous ones. Here's how to apply them properly.Cut to the size you need the pad.Remove one side of the clear plastic protector.Stick that side down on whatever you want.Put a plastic implement(paste spreader) between the pad and the layer of film.Peel the second layer of film.Attach small heat sink if needed. The only con is they aren't very sticky, but they aren't really meant to be. An extra layer of adhesive is just going to make it less efficient when it comes to transferring heat. It should still be sticky enough for a tiny heat sink, just follow my how to apply for maximum stick.

Good stuff
A couple of the pads were slightly damaged in shipping. This is my first time ordering this thin of pads so I do not know if this is normal.

PS4 Pad Replacement
Had these put on for about 1 yr, installed my ps4 with no issues. Changed the little pads on the chips due to my console running the fan on high but its still gets loud and the room still gets hot overall but it never turns off after playing for a few hrs might have to change my fan or maybe its another issue. I have the Glacier white Destiny Bundle ps4 model CUH-1115A for those wondering.

They’re thermal pads. Not much else to say.

Handy to have around if working with SBCs
Lately I have been trying a lot of projects with various Raspberry Pi's. I move around heat sinks, passive coolers, and active coolers. These are handy to have around, and are a great value for that purpose.
