Its really big. Only issues are the brackets. They are not strong enough. Had to make modifications to get them to hold awning level

This was a less expensive awning than most. It showed terribly too. It only took a small wind to break the poles. I was unable to find any support for or any contact info for this company. I ended up repairing the poles myself. But it only took another small wind to finish it off but I'm a different spot. Parts replacement would make it a bit better. Very unsatisfied with this product. I only used it for 4 weeks.

Its a great awning just remember when you mount it on the passenger side of the truck that the zipper faces up so yes water will get in , but its no big deal once you open it up the awning dries fast . But if you mount it on the drivers side the zipper is at the bottom and water will not get in. Its nice that its universal for either side . It can be set up by one person but with two It goes really fast

I received this item and it looks to be simple and easy to set up, looks to be decent quality. This came with no brackets or hardware. The back is a certain mount type that will need specific hardware. Without the hardware I have no way to attach it to my rack so it's unusable.Unable to give further review without being able to install.

The awning is a very nice size. The case is the best thing about this awning, well built. The awning material itself is very lightweight and setting up in a breeze is difficult to impossible as it will catch the wind and blow over the vehicle, destroying the arms. The corner poles are very poor quality and jamb easily requiring gentle care in making work again, this unit REALLY should be shipped with at least one extra pole!Once fully setup and guy roped down it is effective, but the stakes provided for the guy ropes are worthless, throw them away and get some GOOD metal stakes.Folding the awning up takes some dexterity as well and is much easier accomplished with a helper. A helper makes setup MUCH easier too.I would really like to see some solid or screened panels as accessories for this awning such as all the other manufacturers offer, but for the selling price it is a pretty good deal.Note that if you mount this unit on the wrong side of your vehicle the awning will still function, but the bags zipper will be on the TOP instead of the bottom. Make sure you buy the right model for your application.

On left, side opening on the bottom.No water leak at all. Just lower on rainy days legs and water will go as it should.Wind can destroy . Use all the ropes or just put it back ....

very good costumer support, very helpful. had a situation where the wind blew the awning and broke part of the hinge, messaged seller about replacement parts and they immediately replied back. they were willing the send the parts i needed with no problems. im a very happen customer. i recommend this product for those who are looking for a 270 awning on a budget.

Finally got the awning attached to my truck after missing parts. The material is a very cheap . great for sun and shade but not for rain if needed for shelter. The poles it come with to hold it up are very flimsy and cheap aluminum. They did not hold the awning up at all. It comes with no ropes for tie downs if needed. Save your money on this pos.
