TUDCA Supplement (Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid) with Milk Thistle, Artichoke, Panax Ginseng, Astragalus - Bile Flow & Digestion Support (90 Count (Pack of 1))

I have phrenic nerve pain in the back right side of my neck, which Dr Berg says is from gallbladder and liver backup, overload, and stuck-ness. So I bought this brand of TUDCA because it costs less than others. It works! I take it about 1/2 hour after breakfast so that it can break down fats without neutralizing stomach acid. I noticed that I can digest fats now, whereas I used to have constant acid reflux, and couldn't digest fats. The acid reflux is gone since I started taking this TUDCA. Going keto and carnivore helped too, as carbs had made my liver store too much glycogen and I had developed NAFLD. I've lost 40 lbs since I made these changes. The second bottle of TUDCA that I bought cost more, and said on the label that it has lots more mg of TUDCA than this brand does. But I noticed that it was no help at all, and so I went back to this brand.

Good size, good price, good ingredients. 2 capsules of this along with 2 capsules of NAC per day keeps my AST & ALT in range. This product is a good TUDCA supplement with an added benefit of milk thistle, another really good liver support

It is good for me to take one after my evening meal for digestion. I have been taking it for several months & just bought 2 more bottles. As a capsule. it is easy to take.

I was introduced to this supplement this year and I will never forget it. For it will remain in my vitamin regimen. Very healthy for the liver! Great!

This is a great overall daily healthy dose of key ingredients to keep your system functioning properly. They are easy to swallow and there is no after taste just the great benefits.

I would consider this to be a core/basic supplement for anyone that has had their gallbladder removed or having issues with upper abdominal pain, or not able to raise the fat soluble vitamins ADEK. Taking the bile salts along with staying well hydrated has so far kept me from having what the ER said was a necessary emergency surgery to remove the gallbladder, that it was the "only treatment". I have been taking the Tudca with each meal containing fat and feel better than I have in a very long time. I see evidence that the essential fat soluble vitamins are absorbing as well, I've had scars that were resistant to healing fade almost completely after about a week, vitamins A & E are important for skin healing and if your body can't break it up, it definitely can't use them. I'm very happy with this product and sharing it with my friends with positive results as well.
