Could feel the difference in the top of my thighs after two weeks. I introduced it as part of my dsily workout

Strong , adjustable, easy to use and does its job perfectly
It's very good . Adjustable for the strength you need , strong, can do them exercises even while watching TV or just laying down and scrolling on your phone lol after couple of months using it, start making squeaky noise but it's fine otherwise.

Poor resistance.
The resistance on this piece of equipment is poor to moderate for the price. OK, if you're starting off, this might be for you, but if you need anything that's a bit taxing, try another product. There are cheaper versions that are probably much better.

Poor Quality
Broke, as shown in the photo, within 1 month if purchase. Absolute rubbish, should have been made of plastic coated metal instead. Not just plastic.
