Well packaged and arrived undamaged. Although I wish the few pieces of Styrofoam had been replaced with cardboard or something else more recyclable. Overall a very easy product to assemble and once complete, seems quite strong and stable.I do have the following suggestions for anyone not used to DIY assembly products like this:1) As another reviewer said, do NOT tighten ANYthing until you have put it completely together first! Just screw it together loosely but well enough that it holds together. This will allow the slack you need to attach all the bolts without any of them binding or stripping. Doing this, I had zero issues with alignment, stripped bolts, etc.2) Once loosely assembled and with gravity on your side, tighten the bolts from bottom to top, just making them snug enough to hold everything into final position. Only then should you start over again at the bottom and tighten the bolts completely, but not so hard as to bend or indent the metal tubes. If you overtighten, you can bend the metal and potentially weaken it, it seems.3) if you intend to use the little dividers, you will find it much easier to install them onto the top horizontal rod in Step 3 PRIOR to installing that rod between the frame ends. The dividers that came in my package are U-shaped, made of metal and are more substantial than what is shown in the ad pictures, but they still aren't large enough to easily hold a stack of LPs upright. In all fairness to the manufacturer, however, this rack is primarily advertised as a book rack, not primarily an LP album storage solution. But it still works pretty good at that as well! See photo.4) if using the wheels instead of the fixed feet, put the locking wheels on the front side of the rack so they are easy to access and lock when needed. The wheels are fairly heavy-duty, have greased ball bearings and roll easily.The only quibble I have is that the required 5/32" Allen/hex wrench was missing from my package. Fortunately I already had one.I looked at many similar items for sale on Amazon, compared all the designs and read all the one star reviews. I'm happy I decided on this one.

I really like this rolling book shelf. I put children’s books on it so it can be moved around by the kids when they want to read.It is sturdy and holds many books. My only complaint is that smaller books cant be placed on the shelves because they fall through the gap between the support bars.Assembly was straight forward and didn’t take long.

This mobile bookshelf was simple to assemble with the tools provided. It works well, and can hold large books without an issue. If you plan on using the two bookends- supports that are provided, make sure to install them while you're assembling. The product is strong and stable, and you can choose to use casters or the provided feet. I would buy again if I need another.

yes - it is a little tricky to put together - follow instructions from other reviewers and tighten screws loosely until entire book rack is together, then tighten all screws. VERY STURDY and rolls beautifully and quietly. Holds a lot of hard back books at a good angle to permit reading titles on spines. My husband loves this book rack, and we are ordering a second one.

This thing was obnoxious to assemble. It is thin square tubing; a reliable enough material once fully assembled. Assembly however was obnoxious and stress inducing enough to nock off a star. Holes don't match up, aren't drilled straight, or the threads are cut poorly or not at all. Half way though, you end up with each side assembled, all the cross beams in one side, and none of those bad boys are perfectly perpendicular to the sides. It's a fight and a struggle to finish construction, but once you do, the product is perfectly wonderful. The casters on the bottom are even a pretty good quality.I recommend purchasing, I simply ALSO recommend lighting a candle and listening to some soothing music when it's time to get it together.

Paperback books fell through shelves.

My nine-year-old grandson put it together. He had fun placing all his books in there. It’s the perfect size you can roll it anywhere you want in your room and it fits just about anywhere.

looks sooo pretty in my living room full of my favorite books!great quality & easy to put together! wish it was a little wider so I could fit more books on it but I could always just buy another one
