Great sound quality
Love these earbuds. First one's ordered in 2022 which I still have. One for a present and bought two spare for me when discounted price. Excellent quality.

I own <100 pairs of headphones and these are the best value for money
I'm a long time buyer of these headphones from Betron, now I have to replace mine every 6-12 months but thats okay, the sound quality in these headphones is great, it's rare you'll see a pair of headphones under 50 pounds that has bass even close to this, I personally love all of the brothers over @ Betron for making such good headphones, if you travel regularly or if you just find yourself needing a pair of headphones, id recommend betron, the gold earpieces look clean but just know the manufacturing quality is actually impressive considering the price.

Excellent customer service
This product is worth five stars on the strength of the supplier's customer service alone.I bought it for video-conferencing (Zoom and Skype) on my desktop computer. The earphones worked perfectly, but the machine refused to recognise the microphone. I contacted Betron, and with great patience the service rep talked me through some steps to diagnose the problem. When that failed to work, they immediately sent me a replacement, which arrived the following day.In the end, I still couldn't get the microphone to work with the desktop machine. I put that down to it being an old computer running Windows 7. It works fine with my more modern laptop (under Windows 10). And there is no problem with using it to make calls with my mobile phone, which I suspect is what most people buy it for.I stress that this issue only affected the microphone. The earphones work flawlessly with both my computers and my phone. In fact the sound quality is surprisingly good for such a low-cost device. The whole thing is very comfortable and it fits my ears perfectly. Despite the problem with my old computer, I would happily recommend this product.

Betron always works as expected
This is my 3rd pair over about 6 years of using Betron earphones. All 3 products I bought got better each time and this is no exception. As someone who listens to classical music but doesn't have a huge budget, I need very high quality earphones for cheap and Betron gives me that every time. No terrible BASS BOOST and decent build quality makes it a great product and it comes with memory foam buds again! Only complaint is my pairs usually dont last long (about 2-3 years) but considering the price point, they actually last quite a long while and I never mind spending a tenner on another pair and supporting such an excellent company. I'll keep buying from them for the foreseeable future.
