Perfect trays
These are an incredible fit, absolutely perfect. They arrived in a reasonable time frame and are a great price compared to many other online services. The impression kit was easy and quick to use.Highly recommended.

Pleasantly Surprised
Ordered these after having them in a wishlist for ages. I’d wanted to get some proper guards but the dentist prices were upwards of £250 - so I opted for these after reading reviews. The kit came a few days after I bought, the instructions and such were totally clear and the whole mould process was very simple to do. I had this back in the post that day (I opted for Special Delivery; to get there the next day). I’ve had them back today, and they’re great fit and really good quality.I never write a review but I wanted to let everyone know that this was a really positive experience and I’m so glad that I opted for these over the dentist version.

Great moulds, great customer service
I bought these some time ago. The instructions are very easy to follow, send everything back in the envelope provided and they'll send you your custom trays. When I got mine back, the top mould fit perfectly! Unfortunately, the bottom mould wasn't a good fit at all - it was as if it was too shallow to fit my teeth.I contacted proWhite to let them know. They were very quick to get back to me to let me know they've made a second bottom tray for me in the hopes that it would fit better. I got the second tray, and unfortunately the issue was the same. They sent me another mould kit to take a new mould of the bottom teeth. I received it today and it was a great fit!I may have been at fault here - I assume I didn't bite deep enough into the mould.Don't be afraid to bite deep into the mould material, just so long as you don't bite ALL the way down (go a little deeper than you feel you need to). They were great at resolving the problem and now I have perfect moulds for at home teeth whitening.Note that the moulds are made of a softish material that's bendy but returns to it's original shape. It's not a hard, rigid plastic like a retainer.

6 weeks
The product was okay, but it took over 6 weeks to arrive. I called 4 times, and I was told someone would be in touch, but they never updated me when the item would be arriving.

I was dubious but these turned out well.
I was quite dubious about getting these but went for it as the price seemed very good to give it a shot. I had read the previous reviews so knew to watch some YouTube videos on how to create a proper imprint, which is key. I found the bottom tray slightly uncomfortable to get an imprint , in that it cut in to my gums a bit on the inside, but from previous experience it’s the same at the dentist. The most nervy part was actually just writing my details on the packaging to send back and hoping that it’s legible enough and there’s enough info to identify who it’s from and where to send it. What could be a lot better is a notification that the package has been received and when it’s going to be shipped. You have to pay for your own postage which wasn’t too bad. Around £4.50 1st class for me. But after that it’s radio silence. I had to contact them on Amazon to be informed of what was going on. Again just the way you write on the package doesn’t seem so identifiable, but it did work I guess! The gum shield arrived about just over a week later after I posted it. The top tray fit extremely well, but the bottom tray cut in to my gums at the back slightly. I found that just trimming a bit off with some scissors made it then fit really well without any gum irritation. They are lightweight and low profile. All in all it’s worth it in comparison to the cost of a dentist if you know what to do with the kit. I can imagine it’s quite easy to make a bad teeth impression though if you don’t bother to look up online how to do it.

Fab, especially for the money
Overall I am definitely happy with this product and the service that comes with it. I received my kit in good time after placing my order.First of all, the trays sent by default (as per the sellers description) are medium. I am a woman with a relatively small jaw, and these fit me okay. I say only okay, because my issue was with the angle of the 'flare' of the guard (it looks closer to a "V" than a "U" in shape), rather than the overall size. I requested a smaller guard to check and was sent this, but realised that I was better off with the medium.Secondly, the actual kit includes clear instructions but you can't quite prepare yourself for the exact angle you'll need to push the guard into your mouth at or how firm to do it. I recommend watching a few videos and play about with the guard in your mouth (WITHOUT the putty) first. When you do go for it, I personally suggest doing the bottom guard first - if it goes a bit wrong and therefore doesn't fit perfectly you'll want the top teeth to come out better. I found the process easy enough, though I pressed a little too hard and exposed the plastic of the guard in a few places.Sending it all back (and I did send back everything, including the smaller guard I was sent and putty pots) was easy with the medical bag and pre-addressed mailing bag provided. I worried about protecting my imprints so sent them back in the box. I quickly received my trays with a white storage case, and was keen to try them. I noticed that one of my back teeth on one side had been left out, probably where I had pressed too hard, but didn't mind as it's mainly my central teeth I need to whiten.I am using whitening gels purchased from a dentist, the trays hold and distribute the gel well. I am mostly pleased with the comfort. I will say though that the edges whilst not too rough or jagged, do irritate my mouth if I'm forced to talk when I have them in. They take some getting used to, but again overall they are comfortable.Lastly, my partner has a rather expensive set of trays from his dentist. They are a little more refined (smoother edges) and lighter, but there is little difference. Consider this - I asked the dentist about getting just trays from him, he told me NOT to bother as it's the bulk of what they charge, a mere £160 (of a total £300 for the full package). I personally cant warrant an extra £130 to have something slightly more comfortable.
