with all the tech most home have its easy to get confused with what charger goes with what and so on ..my house has a draw full of redundant phone charges nokia/Samsung and just those two brands have various ends on them ..thankfully now many come with USB style charges BUT they are NOT all the same .they are slightly different .even tomtom have just changed their leads and if you have an old device [12 months or older } you will need an adaptor ..back to this adaptor ..it requires the tomtom adaptor to make it smaller ..I bought it so my wifes tablet can DOWNLOAD HER PHOTOS FROM THE CAMERA TO THE tablet but to do this she needs an adaptor on the phones USB lead to reduce it so it fits the tables {an acus memo pad} I have managed to macgyver togeather a lead ! and it works .

This is actually a very good quality product and is remarkable value for money. The only downside is that it took so long to arrive. The packaging label looked like it was from China or thereabouts (I'm not an expert on language) and the description does not indicate that it's a non uk shipped product. However if you are willing to wait 1 to 2 weeks, then grab yourself an absolute bargain!

I ordered this item 3 weeks ago, much has changed in my life since then, my relationship has become very strained, it's not the companies fault don't get me wrong, I take full responsibility for my own actions but the delivery date these guys gave me 24 June- 15th July gave me a level of uncertainty in my life that my fragile psyche was unable to cope with. So anyway after 3 weeks of uncertainty, arguments with the Mrs and heavy drinking the device arrived, with anticipation and relief I opened the package. At first I was pleased it seemed to be the correct item so I put it in my pocket at made my way to work, about an hour later I had a quiet five minutes and decided to try to use the device for it's intended purpose, to connect a USB mouse to my phone so I can get past a faulty lock screen. Imagine my anticipation as the mouse plugged seamlessly into the female USB connector, then imagine my disappointment as it is mini USB and not micro, my own fault for ordering the wrong item you cry! Maybe, as much as I'm sure that I ordered micro not mini that is beside the point because the picture of the device clearly shows a micro not mini connector, even if it didn't, if it had been sent in a couple of days instead of three long weeks I would have realised my mistake and ordered the correct item, possibly from the same company. As it is I worry that they may not actually know where this stuff is, after all it is quite small, maybe its a small child called John living in his parents house, when the order comes in Johns mum shouts upstairs 'John! we have an order in for one of those USB thingies can you tidy your room and find it?' or maybe it's a fairly normal warehouse apart from the fact that they have a really thick shagpile carpet which makes it difficult to find small things if you drop them. Either way I have signed up to my local technical college to learn to solder cable, I have bought a soldering iron and some rubber sleeving and wire etc and I will be starting my own company. I will be able to complete my course, refurbish my garage and build the damn thing myself faster than these guys can make a cup of tea.One star only because it is imposiible to give no stars.

Simple to use. Used to adapt a USB memory stick to be read through a mini USB port.

Took a little bit long to arrive but still within delivery time stated , works just fine plug fits smug and secure no lose of data speed, would recommend , great price would use this company again.
