This was something I purchased on a "i've tried everything else' scenario and to be honest, so glad I did... It takes a little time to get the perfect position and tightness but once you do, it's magic and releaves the immediate sharpness of the pain. I have tried wearing this all day but guess eveything has it's limitations - it did help, but started to get uncomfortable as the day wore on.As a note, I do wear a T-shirt under just to keep it off direct skin and this helps with overall comfort. It warms the area nicely but will sweat if it's sunny or you are out and about... but not enough to be concerned about or uncomfortable. I have also worn it over jeans and it supports just as well. Would I recommend - Yes, it was a nice surprise that the belt works as well as it does... and delivers on all the promises. Thank you

Item gives good support. But Sciatica is still a problem!

You can make this as tight or as loose as you like. Fits well and gives me a lot of support especially when standing and cooking. It’s a good size and you can’t see it when wearing trousers or skirts. Does the job well.

Well made product with strong Velcro straps. I’m at the higher end of the Medium but still ok for sizing.Sadly, after several days of wearing constantly, it didn’t relieve the sciatica symptoms , it just made your hips seem more snug. Not uncomfortable & didn’t significantly slip but does hinder bending down to prevent its slippage.

When the body starts falling to pieces because age has snuck up quietly then it's time to accept that help may be required.In my case, this means some sort of back/hip brace for when my old bones fail to hold all the gubbins (bones, ligaments, muscles, etc) in place. But as a novice in the back /hip belt wearing party I was so unsure of what to purchase. I read some reviews on websites and then contacted a chiropractor and the decision was made.The Sacroiliac SI Joint Hip Belt was chosen and what a good choice it was. It has a quality feel to it; can be worn loosely or stretched tight over the clothes or under them. And the addition of two further velcro straps to tighten matters even more works admirably well (though be warned - I suspect one could cause some damage if the belt is over tight).It’s easy to use; does not slip or slide when positioned and is not over bulky.

Reaching the end of my tether I was going to try anything to alleviate my back ache. So bought this and wow 🤩 it worked, months of going back and forth to doctors did nothing as my back ache was actually caused by my worn hip joints after 2 days wearing this it almost stopped all pain. Comfortable to wear and quite discreet under a pair of shorts. I just put it on every now and then when I feel a twinge coming on now.It’s well made and a simple thing to put on and use. Thank you 😊

Only had it for few weeks so far I am very impressed with the whole package.Eased SI L5 lumbar pain and, compression of the spinal cord.Bought many supports this is the first one that has made a significant difference.My measurement is 38" and have the Regular size. So comfortable I forget I'm wearing it.
