Footlogix Callus Softener 18 (Callus Off), 6 oz

I too bought this product after getting a pedicure from local high end spa. I work out about 4-5 times a week so my heels take some abuse. After getting the pedi my feet were soft as a baby's bottom. Sexy feet! Whoo hoo. So I had to buy the product for home use. it is expensive but only a couple of sprays per foot will be needed. I even use it in the shower when my feet are wet. I simply rest my foot on the side of the tub, spray one foot a couple of times and use a foot file to remove all rough skin and calluses. I have a two sided foot file from Sally's. Yes I'm not leaving the product on my skin but my feet come out so soft I don't care. It handles cracked heels, calluses, rought skin. I also have the cracked heel foam as well , but I don't use that as often. I'm saving that for the dead of winter.

Not sure what is in this stuff, but it's seriously magical. My cave woman feet are no longer existent. I first used this stuff during a high end pedicure at a local spa. I actually tried buying the bottle the pedicure gal was using--that was how amazing it was. She wouldn't sell it to me, of course--In came Amazon to save the day (may I say, as always).As a bonus, a little goes a long way. I use it twice a week and have hardly made a dent in it. Buy it, don't even question it, it works. Worth every penny. I was very skeptical about this product. I have the world's worst, thickest, toughest callus buildup on my heels. It's so tough that those shavers with razor blades get dull instead of getting the callus off. Even though salons can sometimes do a slightly better job than I can at smoothing it down a bit, even their products (which you pay extra for) have not made much of a dent. This stuff, combined with the Footlogix file (the personal version, not the really expensive professional version), did an AMAZING job! It's hardly an exaggeration to say I bet I lost half a shoe size in old callus buildup in a virtually effortless few minutes of filing after applying the callus softener as directed. I resisted buying this for quite some time due to the high price, but compared to a repeated extra five dollars at a nail salon for minimal callus removal during a pedicure, this is a great investment. I'm so tickled to have a product that works, is easy to use and leaves my feet very soft and smooth. I highly recommend this!

This really is an excellent moisturizer for feet. I would rub lotion on.. and and other products, and my feet would dry out by the middle of the day. It doesn't prevent calluses, but it does lock in moisture and make feet soft. I would recommend this product.

The nail tech who does my pedicures uses this product and I was happy to find it on Amazon. I have very dry feet and wearing sandals all summer makes them worse. The pedicures help but I need help in between or my feel look dry and awful. I used this product at home as soon as I got it. Follow the instructions and do get the two-sided file. The dry skin just rubbed off my feet. I had one patch of dry skin that just wouldn't come off and now it is about 80% gone. I put lotion on my feet with socks for about 5 minutes and my feet were soft all day long. I will use this product every other day or so. Great product.

Aesthetics: 0/5. This product doesn't come with any sort of packaging. The bottle of solution you see in the picture is what you get when you receive it in the Amazon box.Effectiveness: 0/5. This product didn't work for me. Reading the ingredient list definitely steered me away from this product and explained why it didn't work. Ingredients listed are urea, water, phenoxyethanol (preservative), EDTA (detergent) and a bunch of different parabens that I didn't know existed. Red flag 1, all of these listed ingredients are super cheap reagents from a manufacturing standpoint, so, relatively speaking, this product's price is marked up significantly. Red flag 2, to me, none of these will chemically remove harsh callus unless the concentration is very strong or there is some other active ingredients that are not listed. Hypothetically speaking, if urea was the active ingredient and was included at high concentration, it will probably cause skin irritation. Either way, the take away message is, product doesn't work and has been returned. I don't get the hype from all the other 5 star ratings.

I get very thick hard calluses on my feet, and if not removed, I get deep cracks that feel like I'm walking on glass. Since I cant afford regular professional pedi's, I tried this. Works as advertised, if not better. Spray on DRY calluses and WAIT the few minutes as directed, (I found most effective if you wait at least 5 minutes). Then with a good foot file you can easily remove the callus. I use an old nail brush to consistently clean the file, because the file gets gooed up. Highly recommend this product!!! I'll never be without it.

The product itself is ok, but the packaging was not the best because when I receive the item it was leaking so I'm pretty sure I lost a lot of product in the bag.
