I got a whole set of bushings for the price of one replacement. Now I have 7 spares.

I installed these on a 2005 Chevy Silverado extended cab 4X4 p/u. They were not very difficult to install they were just a little too big for the cups that they set in. After I got all of the rust out of the cups I tried to fit these in and discovered that, with a layer of grease in the cups I was able to drive these mounts into them with a big hammer far enough to get the bolts started and then when I torqued the bolts down the mounts pushed in and seated in the cups. For the price, you get what you pay for, they weren't bad and brough the cab back up level, adding about an inch of height over the old worn out ones.

I wanted to wait a while before I left a review, I never leave reviews but this one needed to be done. After installation I have driven over a 1,000 miles in hopes my concerns would be gone but they are not. The product did fit my 06 Duramax and the cab is much more solid. The problem is they are just too hard and to be honest It now feels like its mounted solid to the frame with no give. I now have a vibration in the cab that is constant. It is also so stiff that every bump now jars everything inside the cab to the point several new rattles emerged from my once silent truck. Sadly I am outside of my 30day return policy and I will be buying a different brand.

Make sure to clean both metal cup and frame before installing new mount otherwise bolt won’t reach the hole and won’t bolt up. Don’t buy the bolts on Amazon they don’t fit eBay has them for $7 each or go to a local junkyard. Install the mount on 05 GMC Sierra single cab
