I take this with or after a meal as instructed. It curbs my appetite somewhat it seems. Not as constipated like before all of the time. I think I'll keep taking this.

Quality control needs to fix fact that there are only 59 pills in the bottle. I've bought about 6 of them and they're always one left after the 29 day supply.
