Who knew LCDs need Polarization???
The media could not be loaded. Fixed my LCD…. Old polarized filter on Pool heater LCD was crinkling from age. Couldn’t read LCD. Didn’t know the importance of polarized filters in use with LCDs. Without, LCD unreadable, just blank.

Good and cheap repair
Great for repairing older LCD displays where the film is separating.

Not great for vintage LCD laptops.
Not for use in Gateway Colorbook2 LCD’s. As with many older LCD’s they will eventually succumb to vinegar syndrome so I picked up this polarizer and did a proper cleaning and removal of the old one and installed this. The results were subpar. I will be removing this and ordering from a higher quality manufacturer.

Did the trick
I had a burned out lcd speedometer on my atv. Now I have a 100% functioning speedometer. For all the bad reviews talking about the film not having adhesive READ CAREFULLY: the polarizing film is SANDWICHED between 2 clear films. One had a tab "remove BEFORE applying" that exposes the adhesive. The other tab on the opposite side says "remove AFTER applying" that is a clear protective film. If your polarizing film is not sticky, try peeling the clear film off the other side. You can't tell its there til you peeling it off.

Worked ok
The product was made well. I applied it over a laptop screen. I found it was hard to apply without getting bubbles under the sheet. If the adhesive was more like a sticky note it would have been much better but it's too sticky to for redos.

Works perfectly for my needs
I have some surveillance cameras over my koi pond, and I wanted to see them without the surface glare. This did the job perfectly for me. Easy to cut up with scissors and then attach with double-sided tape.

Works great for flat surface will always bubble on curved surfaces
Bought this to stick to the sun visor of my motorcycle helmet unfortunately this doesn't work well on curved surfaces & no matter how you cut it there will always be bubbles you can't get out. Not really the products fault just the way physics work i guess just warning anyone incase they have a similar idea to me . It blocks light & sticks quite well if you screw up application you can remove it & retry multiple times but like i said make sure its a flat surface not curved
