This amp and sub definitely won't win you any competitions or impress the entire neighborhood when you leave the house. What it will do is fill the missing low end in your car's sound system and make music a lot more enjoyable.I installed in a 1st generation S10 Blazer in which I also have aftermarket rear door and dash speakers. This little sub pushes enough bass to take the stress off my door/dash speakers which both improved my bass performance AND help light up the mid and high range. The result is a really night and day difference from my setup without this sub. For the low price and increased functionality you can't go wrong.It wouldn't fit under my seats so I mounted it to the back of my rear bench which I keep folded down 99% of the time. It's a pretty heavy little amp/sub combo and feels like good quality, metal construction and metal grate over the woofer. I stack stuff on it all the time without any problems/damage.

I dont write reviews but this one deserves it. I have been wanting an little "humpf" in my car since I drive a lot and mainly listen to music in the car. My bf wanted me to get 8 or 12 but i have a small car and it would take too much space from the trunk so we decided to give this a shot. Fits under the seat perfectly and the difference in the sound is drastic. So much clear and gave the bass a big performance too. He wired everything in a couple hrs. Buy the extra cables necessary for installation. Doesn't come with it but no big deal. I am very happy with this product. Super reccommend!

This not your big thumper you can hear coming down the street. This adds the perfect level of bass for us classic rock lovers. Added under the seat of my 2015 Jeep Wrangler.I did have issues getting it to work. I didn’t realize I had to run the third wire to auto turn on the unit. Keep that in mind.Otherwise a very good product. Perfect size.

The subwoofer provides great sound from a little box!!

Lasted about a month. Sounded great and was super easy to install. Sub started crackling and then just dead. Already blown. Great idea, poor quality. DO NOT BUY

This is a fantastic little sub as long as you're not looking to rattle windows. I would put this at the same level as a *nice* OEM subwoofer in terms of power/clarity. Matches the factory sub in my 2012 X5 with the premium sound package, possibly exceeds it. It's also extremely compact and easy to place somewhere out of the way.That said, this isn't any easier to install than a traditional sub/amp combo despite what the ad says. It still requires all the same wiring as a traditional sub; power, ground, and 12v on/off signal. It's a bit disingenuous to advertise it as such when the only difference between this and a traditional sub is the lack of the foot of speaker wire that goes between the amp and sub in a traditional setup.Regardless of that, this is a fantastic little unit. If you're just looking to upgrade a car that came without a sub from the factory and don't expect show-winning performance, this is the unit to get.Update: Still working great over a year later. Highly recommend.

It sounds better and louder than I expected. While I don’t usually blast my music, I do enjoy electronic tracks with deep bass and powerful kicks. This little subwoofer delivers exactly what I needed, without any compromises. I can’t imagine turning up the bass any higher, even if I had one of those larger trunk models. Placing it under the driver’s seat might make it seem louder, but that’s perfectly fine with me.The overall quality is impressive, especially for such an affordable product. Installation was a breeze, and the little wired remote control is incredibly handy. I’m thoroughly satisfied with this purchase!

Great little compact sub. Put it into my Honda fit, works great and doesn’t require an obscene amount of power for it. So you save a lot of headache with a smaller wire coming from the battery to it. No problems so far, been three months, sound quality is great too. Great little product and fairly priced.
