I don't know why I thought these would work!
I brought these as I was in pain and thought they may help but no.Dreadful product, unfortunately one of the worst items I have purchased via Amazon. Most of them I tried fell off and the ones that stuck caused my skin to react, I seemed to be allergic to them. They were returned and I received a refund.

Mixed thoughts
I’m not sure what to make of these. The idea that a fancy designed plaster can alleviate pain simply by its intricate design, targeting acupuncture points is a new and novel approach I was not familiar with before.Does it work? I’ve used a couple of plasters of varying sizes and placed in varying places close to an area where I’ve been suffering pain. I did feel that potentially the pain was reduced but it was marginal at best and that could also just be the placebo effect. However, I think a lot depends on how well you as an individual respond to acupuncture. In the past, I had a course of the real thing and the results were close to useless. One big issue is where to place them on your body?? I am no expect at on acupuncture spots and likely you aren’t either, so it’s very hit and miss and only adds to the confusion as to whether these work. For the cost, you do receive quite a large supply of plasters so I think it’s worth giving this product a go. But some claims aren’t up to scratch, the plasters definitely won’t stay stuck for days; mine was coming off after one hike.
